If you are a graduate, or faculty/staff of Miami Springs Senior High, please fill in the surveys below so your reunion committee can contact you and your classmates can catch up on what you have been doing.  When you have time, send us a current picture of you with your family, car, house, or pets.  We will include your updated information on the website as soon as possible (usually within a week).

You can fill out the Contact survey and the Biographical survey and click the "Check this form" button on each survey.  Don't forget to "Submit" them after you check the display of your survey information.  If you are already registered and want to update your survey, click in each survey block to clear it, then type in any new information before checking and submitting that survey form.  There is a special form for just updating your email address.  You cannot submit the forms without an email address.  The web site is designed so that your email address will not be harvested by spider programs for spamming, but friends and classmates can contact you.
