We went to a series of “Chucky” names, “Son of Chucky”, “Chucky Two”, etc, but when we started looking at the WCPCA, we found out that name was already taken, so in a serious team meeting at Hooters, over several pitchers of beer and a lot of painfully hot wings, we came up with American Chucker.  In retrospect, I guess we're all happy with the name now.  Several of the team members from 2004 are still here today and one piece of that 2004 machine is still with the 2009 American Chucker.  It’s a small piece of metal that has two holes in it, one that slides over the pin, and the other is tied to the sling rope. That’s it, just one little piece.
